SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY – SHE’S MADE IT

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please review the below information regarding our shipping services and delivery timeframes.

Express Turnaround Time

Typically between Monday - Friday products are manicured on the day of purchase, if purchased before 1pm and dispatched the same day. For orders wanting to guarantee this, we recommend that you add ‘Express Turnaround Time’ to your basket to secure guaranteed same day turnaround time, dispatch & Next Day Delivery. This can be found under ‘All Products’ on our website.
Express turnaround time is only available Monday - Friday. And should be prior agreed via Instagram DM / Email before purchasing.
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day
Orders placed after 1pm Friday may be dispatched the following week

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method. Estimated timeframes will be shown at checkout where possible.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees upon arrival in your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local government website for more information before placing your order.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES & DELIVERY

Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

If our pieces are handmade and/or made to order, some items may be created specifically for you and may therefore be exempt from the standard 14-day online cancellation period where they are personalised or made to your individual specifications.

If you wish to return a standard item, you must request this within 14 days of your order being placed, and the return must also be dispatched before the 14th day.

All returns must be submitted via email shesmadeit1@gmail.com in order for us to generate your shipping label.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached
Sale items are Non-exchangeable
All other items can be either exchanged (once only) or refunded in store credit only.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused
